THE SHEDIAC MASCARADE · 28 TO 30 MAY 2027
The Shediac Mascarade is designed for guests of all ages. Most of the weekend is family-friendly.
Age appropriateness
Children, parents, and grandparents can all take part. The murder mystery is written for adults and is a 19+ event. A few areas may be marked 19+ in the programme. Everything else is for everyone.
Children’s tickets
Children aged 5 to 12 pay the child price. Children under 5 come in free. See our Tickets page for current prices.
Strollers and wagons
Strollers and wagons are welcome on the festival grounds.
Costumes for children
Costumes and masks are encouraged for all ages but not required. The same dress code applies to children as to adults: nothing offensive, and no costumes that impersonate emergency services.
Service animals
Service animals are welcome with proper documentation. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted on the festival grounds.
The Sand Follies
The Sand Follies — our Friday evening social at Parlee Beach — is included with every ticket. It is a casual, outdoor gathering suitable for all ages.
