THE SHEDIAC MASCARADE · 28 TO 30 MAY 2027

We want every guest to enjoy the Shediac Mascarade. Here is what to expect on the grounds, and how to tell us what you need.

Ground conditions

Friday (Parlee Beach): Everything is reachable step-free, on firm ground. Wheelchairs can get onto the decks of the beach bars, though not onto the sand beneath them.

Saturday and Sunday (Neptune Drive-In grounds): The festival is outdoors, on grass that can be uneven in places, with some small hills. Surfaces may be wet after rain.

Parking

Accessible parking is available at both the Neptune Drive-In grounds (Saturday and Sunday) and Parlee Beach (Friday).

Washrooms

Portable washrooms are available on-site, including accessible units.

The quiet area

A quiet area is open all weekend for anyone who needs a break from the noise or the crowd. Located beside the entrance.

Service animals

Service animals are welcome with proper documentation. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted on the festival grounds.

Mobility

Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, strollers, and wagons are welcome on the festival grounds.

Accessibility request form

From March 2027, an accessibility request form will be available on this page. Tell us what you need and we will arrange it before you arrive, so nothing has to be improvised at the gate.

In the meantime, contact us at mascarade@shediacwonderland.ca with any accessibility questions or requests.
